1. Agreement to Terms
By using 2xDev tools, including our APIs and the Baked platform, you agree to these terms. We aim to keep our legal simple, just like our software.
2. Service Usage
- Resizer API: Provided as a free tool for developers. Please avoid "DDOS" style traffic patterns to keep it fast for everyone.
- Baked: Currently in development. Features are subject to change as we iterate.
- Loop.lk: Business solutions provided under specific service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All software solutions, codebases, and brand assets are owned by 2xDev. You are granted a license to use our tools, not to re-sell our core technology as your own.
4. Limitation of Liability
We build for efficiency, but all software is provided "as-is." 2xDev is not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from the use of our experimental or free developer tools.
